I started seeing Lori last fall for life coaching. I honestly didn’t know what to expect or how this was going to help me but I know I needed something. Lori doesn't just "go through the motions"; she is actually walking in the journey with you.   You never feel like you're alone.  She provides a sense of peace when you work with her.  You may go in feeling confused, overwhelmed and maybe even be upset, but you will come out of your session with peace and a plan.  That's the key. You have a place to start and have an idea of where you're going.
